East Tennessee Clean Fuels Coalition (ETCFC)
This site provides information on an effort in East TN to utilize alternative fuels more. The effort is part of the national Clean Cities program.

If you're looking for any type of energy information, this should be your starting point.

EPA's Design for the Environment (DfE) Program

EPA's Enviro$ense

EPA's Office of Air Quality Planning and Standards' (OAQPS) Clearinghouse for Inventories and Emission Factors

EREN (The Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Network)
DOE's renewable energy site. Has information on EREN's programs and offices, links to other DOE sites and a lot of other particulars including information about the Million Solar Roofs Initiative.
The European Environment Agency
"Europe's gateway to environmental information."
The Global Recycling Network
Entitled "The Internet's Recycling Business Center," this website is loaded with information about associations, companies and grass-roots groups whose purpose is related in some way to recycling. Also has a page that lists quite current market prices.
The Green Pages
Part of Ecoweb, the green pages is a "global directory," or massive reference source of organizations working in any facet of the environmental arena. Their listings are organized several different ways, but the index lets you quickly see the site's structure.
Green Seal
"Green Seal is the independent, nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting the environment by promoting the manufacture and sale of environmentally responsible consumer products. It sets environmental standards and awards a "Green Seal of Approval" to products that cause less harm to the environment than other similar products."
