The Southeast Water Symposium seeks to identify water-resource conflicts in the Southeast, as well as information needed by decision makers to better manage these conflicts. The Symposium will also assess what new institutions and decision-making mechanisms are needed to address these challenges. Symposium attendees will represent academic and research institutions, government agencies, and nongovernmental organizations like community groups and private-sector stakeholders.
