The more I work on advancing alternative fuels' use in East Tennessee, the more I realize it is more about attitude and commitment than it is technical, physical or analytical issues. Maybe not in all cases, but in many, it comes down to whether or not someone wants to do it, and what their perspective is on why it is important.
To that end, I've placed below a couple of, in my opinion, really great comments that hail from South Carolina, specifically, Hyman's Seafood, which is a well-known seafood restaurant in Charleston (frequently rated one of the top-five seafood restaurants in the Southeast). They pass out small business-type cards that have these mottos and info on them. Once you get a chance to read these, I think you'll agree with me that they are top-notch!
The first one is the main one, and relates directly to attitude. After that are a couple of good ones that remind us how important love and laughter are!
Enjoy!
