On August 26 we had roughly 50 attendees for this "Biodiesel 301" workshop. By all the comments, looks like we did pretty well! Below are the presentations from that day in the order in which they were presented; all have been turned into 2-slides-per-page color pdfs to reduce file size, except for Randy's (so that you can see all the info/data that he included in his presentation). Also, the list of resources that I noted I'd put together here is just below the presentations. If you have any questions, please contact Jonathan Overly (865-974-3625).

Maps & Directions:
Click either of the below maps to see the route that is described in the below section.
Driving directions -- from the connection of I-640/I-75 to I-40 on the west side of downtown Knoxville:
Travel north on I-640/I-75 approximately 1 mile to the Western Avenue exit (marked as "West Haven" on the maps), and exit to the right. This exit splits to direct travelers east or west on Western; take the route to west on Western (which will direct you straight at first then under Western Avenue and through a right-hand turning loop). Once on Western, proceed to the 2nd stop light and turn left on Ed Shouse Drive. Travel to the other end of Ed Shouse Drive (about one-half mile) and turn right onto Middlebrook Pike. Your first right-hand turn is the curving entrance to KUB's Hoskins Center site. Pull up to the gate and tell the guard you are here for the "Best Practices" workshop, and you will be directed to a parking area. You'll be walking back to the building that was immediately to your right when you were at the guard station.
