In the mid-90's when the Middle Tennessee coalition and the ETCFC were "growing up," and while Dave Pelton and others were looking to build a West Tennessee coalition, we decided to basically use the historic "grand divisions" that are in Tennessee for east, middle and west as our territories. The things to know about these divisions are:
  1. they are needed on occasion for our and the national DOE's accounting purposes, and
  2. they don't hold us back from helping anyone outside of those boundaries!
We will happily help someone beyond these lines if they need some assistance. However, most of our work falls within the East Tennessee area as defined below.

We've provided a couple of maps below to provide some clarity as to our region and the whole state. Each of the maps can be seen in a larger format by simply clicking on it.



East Tennessee Counties
The counties in East Tennessee are the following and are presented broken down into three semi-regions within our area (which are shown broken out in the 2nd map):
  • Northeast ET: Hancock, Hawkins, Greene, Sullivan, Washington, Unicoi, Carter, Johnson
  • Central ET: Scott, Campbell, Claiborne, Cumberland, Morgan, Roane, Anderson, Union, Grainger, Loudon, Knox, Jefferson, Hamblen, Monroe, Blount, Sevier, Cocke
  • Southwest ET: Bledsoe, Rhea, Meigs, McMinn, Marion, Hamilton, Bradley, Polk (unoffically, Sequatchie, too)
