2004 Run for Clean Air ~ Registration

There will be three different prices for run registration:

Preregistration: $12
Preregistration: $10 (for KTC members and organizations bringing 4 or more participants)
Day-of registration: $15

Preregistration will take place by completing the registration form (see below) and mailing to the address provided with your check for the appropriate payment. Preregistration submissions must be postmarked by Saturday, April 3, 2004. After that, participants will need to register at the event on April 10.

This brochure will contain all the necessary information on the run and have a form for registration inside. The address to mail the registration form and your payment is provided in the brochure.
