Dr. LeQuire, a former professor of French Literature and award-winning poet, is managing editor of FORUM for Applied Research and Public Policy, a quarterly policy journal dedicated to energy, the environment, science and technology, and economic development. 

Dr. LeQuire is a member of the National Association of Science Writers, the Society of Environmental Journalists, and the Virginia Society of Poetry. 

Her interests include bird watching, organic farming, and animal husbandry.
