Ms. Maddox is the primary administrative contact of the University of Tennessee's Technology Research and Development Program (TRDP). She is responsible for TRDP's human-resource administration and the program's communication with various contract administrators. She works closely with TRDP employees and prepares monthly reports for Lockheed Martin. These reports assess the responsibilities of employees subcontracted to Lockheed. Ms. Maddox also assists in the writing of proposals for contracts.
Ms. Maddox is a member of the American Management Association.
Her leisure activities include exercising, reading, spending time with her young daughter, and volunteering with church activities.
